Are you passionate about making a tangible impact locally and changing the lives of vulnerable young people? Roundabout is looking for a Residential Housing Officer to support homeless young people aged 16-25 in Sheffield.
About the role
To fully support service users in the aspects of Housing Management in a sensitive manner as prevention to enforcement action, but consistently enforcing licence agreements and advising the support team where appropriate.
To assist with maximising Roundabouts rental income, including processing housing benefit and monitoring rent accounts. You will be an integral part of the team and contribute towards the service delivery by offering administrative support to residents, staff and visitors.
To contribute to the achievement of contractual service obligations.
