Are you passionate about making a tangible impact locally and changing the lives of vulnerable young people? Roundabout is looking for a Resettlement Service Manager to support homeless young people aged 16-25 in Sheffield.
About the role
The Resettlement Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of service delivery and contract management within the Resettlement Team, who provide supported accommodation to Looked After Children, Care Leavers and UAS young people.
This role ensures compliance with all contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements. This includes Ofsted standards, safeguarding policies, and best practices for working with looked-after children. The post holder will be instrumental in service development, strategic planning, and oversee day to day operational management, ensuring that the needs of young people, are met in a trauma-informed and strength-based way.
This role encompasses identifying gaps and improvements in service provision and working alongside senior management on strategic development of the service. The post holder will provide regular supervision to the staff team, promoting development and managing their workload. Maintaining positive relationships with external stakeholders, key statutory agencies, service users and the public ,whilst representing the wider organisation in a competent and professional manner, and maintaining the highest professional standards at all times.
