About Roundabout Senior Management

Recruitment Monitoring Form

Our senior leadership team work together with our board of trustees to deliver the strategic vision of the charity.

Young people remain at the heart of all we do and we pride ourselves on being creative and adapting our services to address the current needs of young people at risk of homelessness. In every role at Roundabout, we strive to make sure that young people receive the help and support they need to move forwards and be the best version of themselves.

Ben Keegan

Chief Executive Officer

Ben started work in this field as a volunteer for the Citizens Advice Bureau in Manchester in 1994. The following year, he took up his first paid role for Manchester City Council in their Homeless Section, as a Homeless Assessment Officer and Hostel Worker. He went on to work in London supporting former rough sleepers into their own tenancies. Whilst there, he became Team Leader in one of the first Tenancy Sustainment Teams for former rough sleepers.

With a passion for helping those experiencing homelessness to turn their lives around, Ben has been the Chief Executive of Roundabout since 2005. Under his leadership, the organisation has experienced substantial growth and expansion, both in terms of its capacity to support young people and its range of services. In his spare time, he enjoys unwinding by playing the guitar.
